Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

If you were sent the wrong item.  We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  You will be offered a refund or a new item, sent out at no cost to you.
 
If your item is defective, please note you will have to send photographic proof of the defective item.
 

You should expect to receive your refund within one to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

 Conditions of Return

 Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

 Worn or washed items

 Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

 Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

 Sewing Class Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by the Client:
    • Cancellations made 21 days or more before the scheduled class date will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the class for a mutually agreed-upon date.
    • Cancellations made between 20 and 2 days before the scheduled class date will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule the class for a mutually agreed-upon date.
    • No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class date there will be an option to reschedule the class for a mutually agreed-upon date.
    • A 20% administrative fee may be applied to all refunds.
  2. Cancellation by Lilian Raven Clothing
    • If Lilian Raven Clothing cancels the class for any reason, the client will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the class for a mutually agreed-upon date.
  3. Materials:
    • If materials are provided as part of the class fee, the cost of any non-returnable or used materials may be deducted from the refund amount.
  4. Refund Process:
    • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the cancellation request and will be issued via the original payment method.
  5. How to Cancel:

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Except if it goes against the shipping policies of the shipping companies

When you place an order, we typically ship out within 1-5 business days and will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options, and shipping provider you choose.

You can expect delivery of Standard shipping in  3-6 business days. Priority shipping in  1-3 business days. International shipping in  7-15 business days. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
